"Come Closer"
Through the European project "Come Closer - together over-coming borders, instead of being bounded" and with the opportunity that we are offered, we will carry out activities with the other partners, to allow with dance, music and the work of experts to unite our cultures and form friendships among the participants.
We have 36 months to exchange experiences, contribute to the reduction of learning imbalances and equal opportunities at local and global level.

04/12/2016 First Meeting in Germany
​
From 04 to 07 December 2016 the partners from France, Italy and Cyprus all met together in Dortmund with our German partner. We were greeted at Siegfried-Drupp-Grundschule by school-aged children and the entire Siegfried Drupp team. Later on Monday morning we were greeted by a song. After intense, creative and fruitful work, at the week's meetings there were moments to sit down and talk about the opportunities that in the future we are going to encounter.
30/01/2017 Together for peace
We continue to work on the activities proposed in the project. This course we have chosen to carry out an activity coinciding with the School Day of Peace and Nonviolence. We have done a mannequin challenge, in which students and teachers have participated. The students have been very involved in this activity and we have promoted the Peace and the dialogue, as well as the use of the English language.

10/03/2017 Logo competition

One of the activities proposed in the project is to organize a logo competition. In this case, some of our students have presented very high level pieces of work. Everyone has done very well and we want to congratulate you all from this page. We also congratulate the three finalists.

19-24/03/2017 Dortmund trip
​
The week of 19 to 24 March, teachers and 28 students from the schools participating in the project travelled to the city of Dortmund (Germany). We visited the Colliery Zollern, the town hall, the Kokerei Hansa through the "U", the KizDo, the Floriantower and the Phönixlake, in the presence of all participants we used these places to make a music clip. At the same time, the "dancing lines" exhibition was held during the project week.

04/05/2017 Logo
​
After a very contested competition between all participating countries: Germany, Italy, France, Cyprus and Spain, we have been winners! The winner has been Carla Acebo, a girl from 4th grade. In 2nd position was an Italian student and 3rd, Sofia Diaz, a 3rd grade student at our school. From this page we want to congratulate all the participants. Congratulations!
